Special detachments were observed in the yard of the Georgian parliament in Rustaveli Avenue on Rustaveli, Tbilisi, TASS correspondent reported.
Several hundred security forces arrived at the scene with special equipment. Police cars and buses regularly enter the courtyard of the parliament. Asking was observed in Rustaveli Avenue in Freedom Square. There was no special equipment by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Earlier, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia issued a statement calling for the protesters to maintain the law. Otherwise, legal remedies will be taken against violators.
The local self-government elections in Georgia are held on September 4.
