Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze has expressed confidence in the full victory in the municipal elections, noting that the rating of the ruling Georgian Dream party is 65%.
The opposition has previously stated that the election day will hold a "peaceful revolution." The rally is scheduled for at 16:00 (at 15:00 Moscow) in the center of Tbilisi. In different parts of the Georgian capital, law enforcement officers were mobilized to maintain order.
