Polish President Carol Pharycer has ordered deploying the Polish Armed Forces to the borders with Germany and Lithuania. This was reported by the Polish National Security Bureau.

"From October 5, 2025 to April 4, the Polish Armed Forces will be used to ensure the immunity of the state border, as well as the security and public order of the border crossing of the Germinal Republic and the Republic of Lithuania, the statement said.

It is noted that the Polish Armed Forces have been sent to "help border guards".
