RA Ambassador to the United States Narek Mkrtchyan's brother was charged. The RA Investigation Committee said.
"During the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings, one person was charged with the illegal circulation of firearms, its main components, ammunition and other materials, devices, and the penitentiary."
According to the penitentiary, house arrest, collateral and the ban on the absence of a precautionary measure were used.
It should be reminded that Narek Mkrtchyan's brother, Mkrtich Mkrtchyan, was arrested on September 3 in Parakar. According to the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, the patrols have stopped a car on the purpose of inspecting Parakar community in Yerevanyan Street. The passenger came out of the car and escaped, throwing the things he had with his own, pistol and dusting mass. The driver of the car (Mkrtich Mkrtchyan) was arrested and taken to the police station at the same time. On September 4, RA Interior Minister Arpine Sargsyan stated that nothing was found near Mkrtich Mkrtchyan.
