Iran has denied Baku's accusations against its ambassador to Armenia


In Baku, the Iranian Embassy denied the allegations of the Iranian ambassador to Armenia.


According to Mehr, responding to the statements published on the AXAR news website, the press service of the Islamic Republic of Iran denied the accusations against the Iranian ambassador to Armenia on Sunday.


The embassy states that the accusations published by the Azerbaijani website in connection with the mission of "Supporting Nagorno Karabakh separations" or military assistance to the Armenian government are completely unfounded and false.


"Reminding the principled position of the Islamic Republic of Iran in supporting the peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and the restoration of the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the embassy said that the content of the mentioned website is the author's assumption speculations," the Iranian media reports.
