The National Assembly of Armenia adopted with 67 votes in favor the bill "On Ratifying the Regulation on the Joint Activities of the Commission on Demarcation of the State Border and Border Security between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Commission on the Demarcation of the State Border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia".

Deputies of opposition factions "Hayastan" and "I have honor" did not participate in the voting.

Vahe Ghalumyan and Sona Ghazaryan from the CP faction did not participate in today's voting, they left the envelopes with their "for" votes in advance.

Let's remind that on September 5, the RA government approved the ratification of the regulation of the border demarcation commissions of Armenia and Azerbaijan, after which the matter went to the Supreme Court. The Constitutional Court decided on September 26 that the regulation complies with the RA Constitution.

On October 21, the NA Foreign Relations Committee gave a positive conclusion to the draft law "On Ratifying the Regulation on the Joint Activities of the Commission on the Demarcation of the State Border and Border Security between Armenia and Azerbaijan and the State Commission on the Demarcation of the State Border between Adrejan and Armenia" and it entered the RA NA. discussion and voting.
