Blogger Arsen Margaryan, who was arrested on suspicion of insulting the defenders of the homeland, was charged with humiliating a group of people on the basis of nationality. The General Investigation Department of the Capital of the Investigation Committee was informed about this at TASS.
During the interrogation, he fully accepted his guilt and repented for his actions.
According to the investigation, no later than August 18, 2025, was filmed by several videos, which was aimed at humiliating a group of people based on nationality, after which the video was published in one of the messengers.
The investigation intends to submit a motion to the Nikulinsky Court of Moscow to select detention as a precautionary measure for the accused.
