"On August 19, military fans of the Korean Republic of Korea made a serious provocation. They have shots more than 10 warning shots from a heavy machine gun, in response to our servicemen's actions, which build permanent fences near the southern border, "said Lieutenant General.
He noted that this incident took place amid the background of the US-South Korean Freedom of Freedom Exercise.
"Such actions are a very worrying sign that can lead to enormous armed detachments in the southern border, and our army is closely following the situation," Ko Jong Chol said.
