Dear compatriots, on August 23, 1990, the Supreme Council of the Armenian SSR adopted the Declaration of Independence of Armenia. On that day, the Armenian people reaffirmed his right to live freely and to control their own destiny. NA Speaker Alain Simonyan wrote about this.
