U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubions and Chief of Staff of the President of Ukraine Andrey Ashem discussed issues related to providing security guarantees to Ukraine, reports that Alexander B.
Bem said that the parties plan to complete the development of the security model for the end of next week, and the details of this model are developed by two subgroups, and one of which is engaged in political and legal issues.
According to him, military guarantees include weapons supply, financial support for Ukrainian armed forces, exchange of intelligence and provision of training and educational missions. Bem also added that the negotiators work on the creation of a customized version of Article 5 of the Organization of the North Atlantic Treaty (NATO) on collective protection.
