This regulation is completely unconstitutional, illegal, in no way related to the protection of our national, state interests. "This National Assembly will proceed with the ratification of that regulation, even in the conditions when such a parallel process does not take place in Azerbaijan. This is nonsense. You talked about synchronized agreements, now we are ratifying them, we cannot rule out that Azerbaijan will not ratify, moreover, it may ratify with reservations unacceptable to us. We are creating risks for our country," said Rusatmyan and announced that the "Armenia" faction will not participate in that illegal process, will not participate in the discussion or voting of the issue; "We ratify, it gets internal strength, Azerbaijan does not ratify what happens You say, this is nothing anymore. So we have to start from scratch. You have one last chance. You put it on the agenda, at least keep it on the agenda until we see what Azerbaijan is doing, do it only after that. Will not ratify, do not ratify, ratify with reservations, refer to reservations. This is what we are talking about."
