The inspectors of the Yerevan Center for Safety Inspection of the RA Food Safety Inspection held control of individual entrepreneur Anahit Hakobyan (Vayots Dzor, Yeghegnadzor) in the dairy factory, where it has been working on violations of sanitary and hygienic conditions.
In particular,
• The surfaces of the factory's floors and walls were not made of waterproof, washable, disinfected materials.
• The doors of production buildings were not smooth and were not covered with unclean materials.
• The layout of the workshop was not provided with the possibility of cross-polluted and polluted flow of food and pure property.
• It was not provided with funds excluding the penetration of animals,
• Was not provided with ventilation systems,
• It was not equipped with sinks for washing hands,
• All equipment, tools, accessories in direct contact with food have not been prepared for materials that meet hygiene requirements and have not been stored in good condition.
According to the decision of the head of the inspection body, the production activities of the dairy factory have been suspended, the term of disabilities and the discrepancies have been set.
