According to the decision of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Simon Manukyan was appointed the general secretary of the Gegharkunik governor's office.

"Guided by Article 10, Part 16, Article 16, Part 1 of the Law on Civil Service, based on Articles 147 and 151 of the Annex to the Resolution N 1554-N of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of December 27, 2018 points, to appoint Simon Serozhi Manukyan as the general secretary of the Gegharkunik governor's office," the decision says.
