Negotiations between Russia and Laos Vladimir Putin and Tonglun Sisulit have started in the Kremlin, RIA Novosti correspondent reports.
The leaders plan to discuss issues of commercial, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as exchange views on the main topics of the regional and global agenda.
Negotiations have started with a conversation between Putin and Sisulit. Negotiations will be held later with the participation of delegations.
After the meeting, the heads of state will exchange bilateral documents and will make statements for the media.
