N.S.O.T.T. Aram A. According to a special letter from the Russian Church, Kiril Patriarch told His Holiness, his warm congratulations on His Holiness, 30 years old of his patriarchal entity.
In his brotherly warm-hearted letter, Kiril Patriarch touched upon His Holiness, the Armenian Church and the people, as well as the church work, which would have turned His Holiness to his sanctuary of his dear and respectful person, near the religious leaders. The spiritual chief of the Russian Church also reminded his close friendship with His Holiness for many years, and then wished the patriarch a long enthronement full of new fulfillment.
