Syrian TV channel "Sira TV" said that the Israeli aircraft managed a number of airstrikes to the General Staff building in the center of Damascus, as well as in the territory of the Presidential Palace. According to the Ministry of Health of the Arab Republic, three people were killed and 34 were injured in Israel's airstrikes on Damascus.
"Israeli attacks on the Syrian capital Damascus were discussed at the weekly press conference of the National Defense Ministry.
Announcing that the attacks were an obvious provocation against the peace and security of the region, the Ministry of National Defense stated.
"If we are asked, we will provide every possible support for strengthening Syria's defense capabilities and supporting the fight against terrorism," the publication of the Turkish military is quoted.
