The Yekaterinburg Leninsk District Court has arrested the son of Sverdlovsk regional "Azerbaijan-Ural" public national-Ural.
"The investigator's motion to choose a precautionary measure is being met by mutual detention against Mkhlins, and he is in custody until September 14," the judge said.
On July 1, it was reported that Shahin Shiklinksi, Chairman of the Sverdlovsk Regional Regional Organization's National-Cultural Organization, was arrested. Later, local media reported that he was released.
