US President Donald Trump will have a telephone conversation with Vladimir Zelyansky on July 4, during which the parties will discuss the supply of US weapons to Ukraine, according to the British Financial Times, citing its sources.
Earlier, The New York Times reported that the United States would suspend Patriot hunting missiles, GMLRS high-precision ammunition, Stinger of mobile missile systems and a number of other weapons supply to Ukraine.
Against this background, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine has already called the Temporary Chargé d'Affaires of the United States John Rouquet to discuss the information on the termination of supplies.
Pentagon spokesman Sean Pharrovel later refused to detail the kind of weapons the United States continues to supply Kiev. He called the termination of supplies a "pragmatic step towards the development of general principles, to analyze what weapons supplies the United States."
