More than dozens of African countries are fighting against the flare of a monkey's flower, the background of the US and Europe's aid, and local health systems are not ready to fight against the spread of the virus, according to Financial Times.
Earlier, WTO General Manager, Geologus Adhanom Gebreesus, declared a monkey flower in Africa the outbreak of public health emergency.
"More than a dozen African countries are fighting against a monkey's flower, after the reductions in the United States and the EU, fragile healthcare systems unprepared to fight the spread virus," the newspaper writes.
