In order to achieve stable and irreversible peace in the region at such a critical moment of the post-conflict period, it is important for Armenia to eliminate the remnants of the narratives and structures of the previous conflict with the necessary constitutional changes.
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov made such a statement at the meeting of the "3+3" regional consultative format held in Istanbul. Thus, Baku repeated its demand to Armenia, while Armenia has repeatedly stated that it is its internal matter.
