The past 7 years of Pashinyan and the CMC have been a few rough and outrageous violations of the country's constitution. Well, among other catastrophic phenomena. It is sufficient to remind the episode when a few months in October 2018 provoked and initiated an attack on a legal and constitutional national assembly. This practically used violence on the legislative body, the country's executive power and its leader.
After that, staying unpunished, Nikol Pashinyan was more excited, of course. And in May 2019, he initiated and provoked violently attacks on the judiciary, including the Constitutional Court. This was similarly a violation of the constitution, the country's constitutional order. It is no coincidence that what happened in those days described a number of political scientists, lawyers and commentators as aimed at assimilating the powers of the Constitution and the law. And such examples and manifestations are not small in the past 7 years. The disgraceful wiretapped talk can be remembered, where Nikol Pashinyan has been clearly interfering in the implementation of justice directly.
Moreover, he said he himself. "Why, there is a judge that the Prime Minister does not say ..." We are not yet talking about the facts of changing the "Imprisoning Judges" master market, even about the facts of caring gloves, even with "SMS". Moreover, when Pashinyan wanted to do something or something with his heart, with direct intervention, having a majority in the National Assembly made changes (what was possible not by referendum, but by the National Assembly). In other words, they did not act in accordance with the constitution and the laws, but complied with the current Constitution and the laws of their whims and strikes.
This is the whole of the Constitution, constitutionality and legality, Pashinyan's and its CP. And, in general, Pashinyan and the CPS operate in their domestic "constitution". It's a very small "Constitution", a few lines, so it can even be completely here. "Pashinyan is everything and sitting on the top of the Prime Minister, and everyone tells him, Oh! In Armenia, the government belongs to Pashinyan, a little, its relatives and people. Pashinyan is always right, especially when he lies. And if even more serious, the place of the CP is very narrow, if they have already remembered the constantly violated Constitution.
And, in general, what 7 years is it about? It's about the same 7 years when thousands of people were killed in the coronary epidemic. It's about 7 years, during which the negotiation process "from zero" led the death of enemies, Armenia and Artsakh stopped the fact that Artsakh was abandoned, and the massacre of Artsakh's military-political leadership is ahead of the same threats. The other question is nonsense at all, and the constitution, violation of the constitutional order. What do they say? They say: "We will elect the Catholicos within the framework of the Constitution." This is said this, with the majority of the National Assembly, the CPA, which has an executive branch, is the same or Nikol Pashinyan. He says, and that's why the Constitution is violated.
Let's start with the fact that the political forces behind the government are not choosing the Catholicos of All Armenians. It is an excessive issue to be trusted in the political forces, especially the catastrophic and adventurous political group of the CP. But it's also aside. According to the Constitution and laws, the church is separate from the state, separate. In other words, the Church, in addition to its special status, is an institution guided by autonomous, independent, its internal charter and categories. And Pashinyan is not, there is also the whole penalty faction, they will not change the existing order. Moreover, such obvious experiments and statements are directly a fact and evidence of the constitutional order, which are subject to appropriate political and legal assessments, with the consequences.
