The US Department of Justice has signed an agreement with Rare Breed Triggers, which is allowed to sell "compulsive-resuscitable" triggers and devices that provide a car-automatic rifle. The deal not only eliminates the previously defined ban, but also forced the government to return confiscated devices.
One of the company's lawyers is Trump's current adviser David Worgrington. The company president stated that this is a victory for "fighting for state dominance." At the same time, the agreement prohibits the production of such devices for pistols.
Arms control organizations have reacted harshly, noting that this decision is "actually legalizing automatic weapons." Vanesa Gonzalez, Vice President of Giffords, has warned "This step of Trump will cost human lives." In the opposite position, the government announces that it supports the second exchange of the Constitution.
