The statement of the US Internal Security Secretary of Kristie Noem was presented in court, according to which Garcia "will never return to the United States, which calls Xinis as a confession of possible illegality.
The administration tried to keep the information closed, referring to state secrets, but Xinis said that such grounds were not presented. Garcia's lawyers have condemned such an approach, ignoring the court decision, Reuters reports.
