The problem is that Azerbaijan has committed war crimes, and if these crimes are registered at international and judicial, Baku may have serious problems when different international centers use those decisions towards Azerbaijan.
In general, the events show that Baku does not refuse lawsuits, which is why they have been part of the Judicial Fars, which can be established in the future to launch military operations against Armenia or to address accusations.
