Azerbaijan wants the roads of Armenia to be usable for it, but at the same time to keep Armenia under blockade.
Pashinyan announced this during his speech at the KP democracy school, detailing the meaning and significance of the "Crossroads of Peace" project.
"In our reality, when we say security, first of all, they understand the army, secondly, they understand the army, thirdly, they understand the army.
