Yesterday, the public discussion period of a legislative initiative was completed, which the government wants to wrap on the public.
Expert scope and many businessmen have already evaluated this initiative as another trouble. It is about the draft law "On the Law on Addenda and Making Amendments to the Administrative Procedure of the Republic of Armenia, which, in particular, the NA deputy Elinar Vardanyan will bring about the widespread closing of the business, the business environment and the deterioration of tens of thousands of citizens.
The point is that the draft law envisages that if an administrative act to a citizen or businessman is made, its disputation will not suspend the fine. Many businessmen say that the duration of the cases under the administrative trial lasts more than two years, so in case of wrong decisions, the citizen or business will be deprived of the opportunity to manage his funds in a unfair amount.
By the way, businessmen say that according to different estimates, in case of 75-80% of cases against SRAs, these lawsuits are met, which is quite a common indicator.
At the same time, this project does not refer to businessmen, but also for individual citizens, for example, in terms of the violations of the case.
It should be added that the voters against this project were made on a joint website of the draft legal acts on the joint website ... 100% (about 3,000 votes). In fact, there were also voters, but their number was so small (7) that even 1% did not reach and recorded on the website ... 0%.
In fact, in this case, the initiators did not vote for their project.
