Violations of sanitary and hygienic norms and requirements of the Lori Regional Center of the Lori Region of the Republic of Armenia have been found in the cuisine of the Lori Regional Center of the Republic of Armenia.
The bottom of the kitchen, the walls of the dishwasher site, the ceiling were on the uneven surface, no renewable condition, the possibility of spilling particles from the ceiling, there were traces of mold.
The working surfaces of direct contact with food have been non-renovated. In particular, working tables, table racks were in poor condition, the surfaces are uneven, there are cracks, which cannot be easily cleaned and disinfected.
There was no sink for hands, provided with hot and cold water, hand wash and disinfection and drying hygienic devices.
There was no wardrobe for staff.
The production activity of the school's cuisine has been suspended, set to eliminate the detected violations.
