RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of International Women's Day.
It reads:
"Dear women, grandmas, mothers, sisters, daughters, I congratulate all of you on March 8, International Women's Day. This day is spring reports in Armenia. On March 8, our country floods with flowers and festive mood.
The importance of March 8 is growing in our country that women are the majority of the population of Armenia, and therefore the full inclusion of women's potential is the most important guarantee of our state's development.
In our country, women's involvement in all areas of public life is growing. This is a positive process itself, but the deep analysis of this phenomenon raises a number of anxieties and challenges.
As a result of several decades of subcultures in boys, girls became more focused on education and work, gaining competitive advantages, and women's competitive advantages will be further emphasized.
But the involvement of women's potential, as the most important factor in the development of our state, is also fully involved and competitive, and current processes are alarming all of us, including the issues of boys' education and competitiveness, otherwise we will not use our potential to fully.
Public, economic life activation brings another challenge with it. They can have more and less "time" to have a child, and this is also a problem that will be at the center of our attention and reflections.
Dear people, dear citizens, March 8 must also be a day of public solidarity and becomes more and more.
The culture of gender competition or struggle, or the culture of priority is old and lifeless. Respect, appreciation, encouraging creative efforts, education and work is more and more emphasized in the relationship between our women and men and is encouraging.
Our public relations should be built on this basis.
After all, the Homeland-State of the March 8 flowers, which should be as prosperous as March 8.
