Armenia is ready to enable Azerbaijan to contact Nakhichevan, among the opening of infrastructure of the whole region, under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the countries.
Sargis Khandanyan, Chairman of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations, told reporters about this.
"By the same logic, from the north of Armenia to the south, the southern channels must be opened under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of the countries. Our position on this issue is constructive.
As you know, the Armenian government has submitted a proposal to Azerbaijan and we have not received a positive response to this issue, "Khandanyan said.
