In order to have a good idea of what "hybrid regime" means, let me remind.
Hybrid regimes. Elections have significant violations that often prevent them from being free and fair. Power pressure on opposition parties and candidates may be commonplace. Corruption is inclined to be widespread, and the rule of law is weak. Civil society is weak. As a rule, pressure on journalists is underway, and the judiciary is not independent.
I repeat, no one claims the impartiality of the British report, it has always had a geopolitical context, and this report also has an obvious political element.
However, even in this case, the geopolitical sponsors of the current Armenian authorities are not able to make success in the field of democracy.
Moreover, Armenia not only remained a hybrid regime, but also has deteriorated its indicators compared to the previous year. The assessment of Armenia's democracy has decreased again from the previous rate, becoming 5.35, ten, and decreasing 0.07.
With the world classification, Armenia's position has improved by two horizons. Instead of the 200th place in the 84th place last year, we are 82nd instead of the 200th place of the 200th countries. In this regard, our "bastion", our "Paros", our "Guidelines Star" lost not only to European countries, but also Zambia, Bhutan, Lesotho, Ghana and Surinam.
It is noteworthy that the continuous and significant decline in the efficiency rate of the government on the crisis, which has become 4.29.
Recently, in the final document of the EU-Armenia Interparliamentary Commission, the Armenian regime was named "full democracy", but due to geopolitical interests, such lies are revealed by the more professional reports.
Let me also remind you that in the recent reports of the same "Transparency International" and "Fridom House", Armenia has not improved its indicators for the fight against corruption or freedoms.
Even with the outside of the outside, Armenia is on the way to stinking and swampy authoritarianism.
