RA Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Alfred Kocharyan and philanthropist Arman Mailyan signed a memorandum of cooperation on the strengthening and restoration of Chinchin village of Tavush region (12th century).
The memorandum was signed, emphasizing the need to transfer the value of historical and cultural heritage and transfer further generations.

According to the memorandum, the Ministry of Leave will provide the scientific-policypes of the monument in accordance with the established procedure.
