Today, February 11, a tragic and mysterious incident occurred in Yerevan. At around 7:20 p.m., the Arabkir Department of the Community Police Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received operational information that a citizen was lying on the ground on Orbeli Street, near one of the buildings.
As photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan reports from the scene, it turned out that before the arrival of the police and patrols, an ambulance had transported the injured citizen to the "Armenia" medical center.
Before the investigation team arrived at the scene, the Arabkir Police Department received an alarm from the hospital that the injured person had died on the way.
A criminal case has been initiated in the Arabkir Investigation Department regarding the incident.
Arabkir police officers have identified the deceased as 26-year-old Artush G., a resident of Yerevan.
Whether what happened was a murder, suicide, or an accident remains to be seen.
