Today "Hetk"had written, that former Prosecutor General Gevorg Kostanyan, who is currently wanted by RA law enforcement officers, has become a Russian citizen and has been registered in Moscow since January 2022.

"Hetk" found out that Kostanyan was registered at 18 Namyotkin Street in Moscow, which was built by businessman Samvel Karapetyan's "Tashir" group of companies. In addition, according to the media, the former Prosecutor General also founded a construction company in Moscow.
