Samvel Babayan's "United Motherland" party refused to join the Artsakh National Assembly's announcement.
"S.t. On January 16, on behalf of the National Assembly of the Republic of Artsakh, a statement was published "In connection with the illegal and false trial of 16 Armenian hostages initiated by Azerbaijan".
Statements published on behalf of the National Assembly are usually agreed with all factions. The "United Motherland" faction did not give its consent to this text and did not reserve the right to act on its behalf.
The "United Motherland" faction refrains from false attempts to demonstrate unity, therefore it demands to remove its name from the list of participants who signed the statement.
