The anti-corruption court accepted another lawsuit filed by the General Prosecutor's Office regarding confiscation of property of illegal origin.

The Department of the General Prosecutor's Office in cases of confiscation of property of illegal origin submitted a request to the court to confiscate in favor of the Republic of Armenia from the judge of the RA Administrative Court Ani Harutyunyan and his related persons:

. 13 real estates in Yerevan, 1 real estate in Kotayk, 3 real estates in Georgia.

. 1 real estate acquisition cost.

. 2 vehicles

. Participation in 1 legal entity.

. 2 amounts of outstanding deposits.

.The right to request a loan provided.. 86 million 930 thousand drams as the balance of illegal funds.

. 954 million 519 thousand drams as the sum of the balance of illegal income and funds transferred to bona fide third parties, not supported by legal income.
