Alexei Zaitsev, a hockey player and the founder of one of the most successful amateur teams, Stalker, died in Moscow at the age of 56.

In 2017, the team achieved significant success, winning the Festival with a score of 3:0 and winning the Krutov Cup. At the gala game, they were presented with a certificate signed by Vladimir Putin.
Later, Zaitsev, thanks to the grant won by the team, built the Stalker ice arena in the Kurkino district of the capital.
