The shortest way is to discredit the heroes. The victim was General Tiran Khachatryan. So, today's fake heroes could not find a more suitable target to discredit heroism.
By discrediting the Tyrant, he discredits the whole army, the service, the idea of being an officer. "Why do you need to have a strong army, you won't be stronger than everyone else?", "you fought a war of independence to loot", "heroism is everyday", "the hero is the tax payer"... Do you remember the connection? Destroy, destroy, destroy... and build a consumer society, where people only think about the stomach and peace... P.G. You will say, why did you give him the title of a hero to imprison him now?
He is not guilty, he was deceived. He had nothing to do with the war, he moderated once, what is his fault..."
