""Annunciation manuscripts. The new exhibition "The Scriptural Treasury of Matenadaran" is dedicated to the iconography of the evangelists and the theme of Christmas.

"Exclusive manuscripts are presented, which complete the Armenian miniature traditions. For the first time, exceptional parchment manuscripts from the 11th century were exhibited," Matenadaran reports.

Visitors will have the opportunity to discover the special meditation of the symbols of the evangelists. The Christmas section of the exhibition will be on display until January 13.
