On December 16, in his speech at the 9th Russian-Armenian Health Forum, Russian Ambassador S.P. Kopirkin spoke about the state of bilateral cooperation, the Russian Embassy in Armenia reports.
"Today, Russian-Armenian relations are going through difficult times. However, we assume that maintaining and expanding cooperation between our countries is in the interests of both Russia and Armenia," said Russian Ambassador to Armenia Sergey Kopirkin, noting , that one of the most important problems is the preservation and development of the complex of RA-RF bilateral relations, adapting it to modern realities.
