The Stepantsminda-Lars highway was closed for trucks due to weather conditions. A little while ago it became known that the checkpoint was also closed for passenger cars.
"According to the information received from the Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs of North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Lars highway is closed for all types of vehicles," the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia reports.
