One third of the vehicles waiting to cross the border at the Upper Lars checkpoint are Armenian trucks. This is evidenced by the data of the traffic organization center of North Ossetia.
According to the latest data, 1,832 trucks are registered in the queue, 580 of which are Armenian.
According to electronic data, now the passage through the "green zone" (directly across the border) is closed, but neither the Georgian nor the Russian sides have published an official message in this regard.
According to statistics, about 150 Armenian trucks pass through Upper Lars every day.
