For the second time, RA has sent its proposals to the Russian side regarding making changes to the intergovernmental agreement regulating the broadcasting of Russian channels in the country.
RA Minister of High-tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan said this in a conversation with journalists.
"We sent the proposals to amend the interstate agreement to our Russian partners 4 months ago.
We have not received a response, and we sent the same proposals 1 month ago.
Now we expect to receive a response to understand the ideas of our Russian partners, whether they consider these changes possible or not," Hayrapetyan noted.
