He noted that Trump said during the election campaign that he could make a deal that would lead everyone to peace. Anyway, he is talking about peace, he is not talking about confrontation, the desire to deliver a strategic defeat to Russia.
According to him, such statements of Trump profitably distinguish him from the statements of the current American administration.
Peskov also noted that the presidential elections in the USA are unlikely to have an impact on the future of the world.
