The Department of Water and Land Resources Management informs that Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Sargis Mnatsakani Ghazaryan has passed away.
The funeral will be held on Monday, November 11, at the funeral home at 46 Nubarashen Street, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Sargis Ghazaryan is the author of 140 scientific and methodological works, including 3 monographs, 4 educational manuals, 1 textbook.
In the field of hydraulics, he has carried out extensive theoretical, methodical and practical researches in the directions of optimization problems for the movement of groundwater in a multi-layered filtration medium, solution of filtration inverse edge problems and assessment of groundwater resources.
Of theoretical and practical interest are the researches carried out in the field of engineering geodesy and in the direction of the selection of the format parameters of mountain rivers, the mechanism of movement of dependent aquifers, the types and constructions of embankment structures.
