Voluntary certification of teachers for 2024 has started, which is carried out electronically this year.
On the first day of the certification phase, on November 9, the certification of teachers of "Informatics" and "Geography" subjects is carried out in 35 knowledge verification centers of Yerevan and RA regions.
RA Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasyan visited primary school No. 1 in Ashtarak today in order to follow the process of voluntary certification of teachers.
The minister went around the exam room, talked with the teachers about the new electronic way of certification and wished them success.
35 examination centers have been established in Yerevan and in all regions of the Republic of Armenia, equipped with appropriate equipment and provided with high-speed Internet connection.
This year, more than 6,000 educators registered to participate in the voluntary certification. Voluntary certification exams will be held November 9-24 at 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
In order to get acquainted with the certification procedure conducted in the new format and to prepare for the exam, teachers must be at the exam center at least 1 hour before the start with an identity document. Teachers should also have their login information with them: username and password.
At each test center, teachers will receive technical support for accessing the system and other issues.
