The regulation of the abolition of the maximum age limit of 65 years for holding a number of positions comes into force today. The RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs informs about this.
In particular, the change refers to civil, customs, tax and community service, state service positions in the staff of the National Assembly, heads of staff holding administrative positions, heads of executive bodies of state non-commercial organizations, directors of professional educational institutions, as well as the position of the head of the authorized body for personal data protection.
With the new regulation, the possibility to continue working in the above-mentioned positions will no longer be conditioned by the fact that a person has reached a certain age.
At the same time, the laws "On Public Service", "On Community Service", "On State Non-Profit Organizations" and "On Vocational Education and Training" will create legal bases that will enable public, community and civil servants, as well as heads of executive bodies of state organizations, to become foster parents and receive remuneration for child care.
