By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Mher Torchyan, the head of the military recruitment preparation and military recruitment programs department of the Prime Minister's office, is on a business trip to China for 6 days. The decision states:
"Guided by Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on "Government Structure and Activity", Article 16, Part 3, Article 29 of the Law on "Civil Service" and based on the decision of the Government of the Republic of Armenia dated November 8, 2018 Decision No. 1239-N to send Mher Torchyan, the head of the military recruitment preparation and military recruitment programs department of the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia, to the People's Republic of China (Daton) from November 11-16, 2024 inclusive, to the board of directors of the Armenian-Chinese joint venture "Shansi-Nairit" 8- in order to participate in the plenary session and the meeting of all shareholders.
The head of the military recruitment preparation and military mobilization programs department of the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia shall submit the reports stipulated by the legislation to the staff of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia within three working days after returning from the business trip. Take note that the expenses related to the business trip will be paid at the expense of the inviting party.
