Two of them, according to Farid Shafiev, head of the analysis center funded by the Aliyev government, refer to the withdrawal of EU observers from the Armenian-Azerbaijani border and the exclusion of legal disputes with Armenia.
Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan, referring to the claims of this expert who is close to the authorities of Azerbaijan, announced.
"Since the negotiations are going on at the moment, I don't think it's right to fully reveal what the discussions are about, but yes, as I mentioned, there are points that have not been agreed upon, and the discussions on these should continue."
