The supervising prosecutor, among other things, taking into account the petitions addressed to the RA Prosecutor General and the supervising prosecutor regarding the willingness of a group of representatives of the civil society to assume a surety for the accused Artur Osipyan, made a decision on June 10, 2026 to remove the preventive detention applied to Artur Osipyan. RA General Prosecutor's Office informs about this.
"The decision was sent to the "Nubarashen" penitentiary institution of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in order to immediately release the person," it is said.
