"Lilian Dari, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Moldova to the Russian Federation, was summoned to the Russian Foreign Ministry. "The ambassador received a strong complaint regarding the unfriendly discriminatory actions of the official Chisinau against the Russian short-term observers as part of the OSCE ODIHR observation mission in the presidential elections of Moldova," the MFA noted.
